Gosh I wish I knew? I have read all kinds of vacation rental management programs and every single last one of them collects the money from the renter and then the management company hangs on to your money for weeks and sometimes months. Why? It’s your property and it’s your rental why are they hanging onto to what belongs to you? Well, here is what I have concluded some use your money to cover their operating costs (this is scary) and others use your money to invest and get returns. I am sure there is a third and fourth plan for your money too. In any scenario you lose out :(
