Winter Storm Warning is in Effect – YES!!

According to the National Weather Service there is a Winter Storm Warning in effect from 7pm tonight to Friday at 4pm, for the Sierra’s. This is the biggest storm to hit since October 2009, with snow accumulations predicted at 2 feet above 7,000 feet and 3 feet along the crest. Snow levels will drop Friday morning possibly below 6,000 feet.

Road conditions will be tricky along the 395, and the 203 heading up into the town of Mammoth Lakes, so remember to bring your tire chains if you don’t have 4 wheel drive.

With this weekend’s snow dump and the storm that’s to come next week, you better book your January trip now. If December is this epic, it’s a great start to the season. Book now for January, Feb, or March and save 30% of the nightly room rate on select properties.

Book now before they’re all reserved, or before this offer is gone! Blown away like a snowflake in the wind...
