Beginner and Intermediate Biathlon Skate clinics will be held at Tamarack. Improve your cross country skiing with a 4 week, fast paced clinic that will get you up to speed in no time.
There will be 2 Live Fire Clinics held for biathlon rifle owners at the Reds Lake Biathlon Venue. Sign up for this clinic is on Active.com with standard clinic fees. Participants must provide their own rifle and ammunition.
There also be events for those have disability's, This program is open to biathletes of all skill levels with physical and/or visual disabilities. In addition to your main race event, on Saturday March 22nd, you’ll be able to participate in a Family Fun Race. Families of all ages and abilities will be invited to race in any manner they like. Here’s Mom’s opportunity to race against her 7 year old Glider.

( 3 / 2870 )SNOW REPORT: Mammoth Mountain got a few more inches of new snow during a flash snowstorm that lasted about an hour or so yesterday morning. In classic Mammoth Lakes fashion, the wind picked up and deposited soft, new snow in powder stashes all over the Mountain.
According to Mammoth Mountain’s mobile app, 24 lifts are running, serving 149 runs. Mammoth Mountain remains 100% open.

( 3 / 7011 )The L.A marathon for long now has been a tradition in all across for many to come Run, Walk, and Jog and accomplish the 26 mile adventure across L.A. area. Many go for the challenge itself and others who just enjoy running with the massive crowd and taking part the energy there and accomplishment.
Turns out Mammoth Track Club has got some Great runners you have just this past weekend have turned in some of the fastest running times for Americans!
Proctor, also of the Mammoth Track Club, finished sixth in his first-ever marathon. It was the best time by any American in the race, which was dominated by Ethiopians in both the men's and women's races.
It was an appropriate finish for the Mammoth runners. Last week, ASICS, the title sponsor of the L.A. Marathon, added the Mammoth Track Club to its stable of teams, giving it training and financial boosts.
Mammoth's most famous marathoner, Deena Kastor, called the action for KTLA-TV in Los Angeles. Her husband, Andrew, is the coach of the team.
