National Napping Day - What?!
Feeling sluggish after the time change? You are not alone, that is why today has been declared as National Napping Day. Founded by Boston University professor William Anthony in 1999 to help people adjust to Daylight Saving Time, and to highlight the health and productivity benefits of napping.

So go ahead, set you alarm for 20 minutes (after reading this of course) and try catch up on that hour you are so desperately missing! It’s just a quick way to rejuvenate the body and mind.

Maybe while napping you can dream of making the first tracks on a fresh blue bird powder day that might happen this Thursday, after the storm that shall hit Wednesday. No, that’s not a dream there is a storm expected Wednesday in Mammoth, when the temps drop back down for the day to allow for the sky to open up again for us. Take a break, take a nap, take a trip to Mammoth and enjoy spring skiing!
