Wow what a week! Snow, snow and more snow. What a week in Mammoth!
So you want to know what everyone thought the answer to the "guest with attitude" was. Well you are all correct,yes 100% of you actually said this was a true story and you are right! This guest, I think was having a bad day and just wanted us to be clairvoyant but alas we are not. We needed information to help him out especially when a conversation occurs over several hours and different people are involved. Had this renter actually booked we would not have need the information as it would have all been part of his record but this renter was just inquiring and we had no permanent record.We hope he was able to find a satisfactory rental and had a good time in Mammoth because that's what it's all about anyway, enjoying the mountains!
