Today's story line: "Are children people"

Employee: "Hello and good morning how can I assist you?"
Guest: "We have arrived at the townhouse and it's absolutely beautiful and we love it but I have a question, there are 14 of us. 10 adults and 4 children. The townhouse has 10 beds where are the children going to sleep? "
Employee: "Can you let me know what Listing # you are at or the Complex name?"
Guest: "We are at ******complex"
Employee: "Thank you for that information. We have several units at that complex which unit are you in?
Guest: " number **"
Employee: "Okay, To confirm you are in the correct unit, your name please?"
Guest: "I am *******."
Employee: "Great, you are in the correct unit. It appears that on your reservation that you completed online that there are 10 guests and no children. This property actually sleeps 12. 10 people in beds and 2 on the sofa pullout."
Guest: "Oh, I didn't see the sofa pull out but that still leaves no where for the other 2 children."
Employee: "I understand your dilemma that you are short 2 beds. This property only sleeps 12. It appears that when you made the reservation you did not include the children."
Guest: "I didn't because they are kids and they are not people. They are ages 9,7,2 and 6 months."
Employee: "I understand that you did not include the children however our online system does not know if there are children or not and if additional beds are needed. I am glad that you love the Townhouse and we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Let me see what I can do to arrange for some additional beds for the 2 additional children.
Guest: "Thank you very much for your help. I guess next time I should count the children as people."

Did this guest really think that "children are not people? Was this phone conversation a "Truth or BS?"Tune in next week as we reveal the answer if this conversation was Truth or BS.
