Thursday 10/10- Mostly sunny with some clouds, with a high near 51 degrees. Winds from 5 to 10 mph.

CLOSED FROM CRANE FLAT TO 5 MI WEST OF THE JCT OF US 395 /TIOGA PASS/ (TUOLUMNE, MONO CO) - DUE TO SNOW - MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.

Special Weather Report for tonight 10/9
Light snowfall for the sierra through this evening. A few inches of heavy snow are possible through the evening above 7000 feet. This may cause travel impacts over the higher passes of highway 395 in Mono County including Conway and Deadman summits. Those planning to travel in the higher elevations of the sierra or along highway 395 in Mono County should be prepared for winter driving conditions.
