Homeowners, advertising your property the right way for the right results
Homeowners advertising your property the right way to get the right results, more $$$$. There are many websites that are "for rent by owner" but then what?

You as the homeowner are stuck with the rest and what is the rest? OK so you have now put pictures and text on the internet but is your condo, townhouse or home ready for guests?

There are many things you need to consider that the other "for rent by owner" websites don't offer.

1. Do you have a rental contract?
2. Do you have insurance(that the guest pays) in the
event they break or take something? Do you really
want to mess with a security deposit?
3. Are you familiar with the local City Ordinances?
4. Do you know about the local TOT taxes and
requirements? Penalties and fines?
5. Fire department requirements.
6. Travel insurance (that your guest pays) and
protects you in the event the guest cancels.
7. Credit Cards vs Checks. Whats the best?
8. Does your advertising company offer a "live
contact"?
9. Is you advertising company diluting your effects
by having so many listing that your listing "gets
lost"
10.Does your adverting company offer an average of
15-20 inquiries/month?
11 What happens if you need maintenance? Can your
advertising company help you?
12.Need a cleaning crew? Does your advertsing
company help you with this?
13.Going on vacation, who will handle your emails,
reservations, cleaning crew and repairs?
14.How are your guests going to get the key to the
to your rental? Do you really want to mess with
keys. We have a great alternative.
