Six Mammoth Lakes Skiers and Snowboarders head to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Russia. Mammoth has such a great training venue with our incredible terrain at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. John Teller, Keller Clark, Greg Bretz, Stacey Cook,Kaya Turski and Trevor Jacobs. Good luck to you all and bring home the Gold!!!

This Afternoon: Partly sunny, with a high near 54. Southwest wind around 10 mph.

Tonight: A chance of rain before 11 pm, then a chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 34. Southwest wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Thursday: Snow. High near 36. Southwest wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.

Thursday Night: Snow. Low around 18. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Friday: A 30 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 36. West wind 5 to 10 mph. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Friday Night: A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 17.

So you want to come to Mammoth and you not sure about the snow. I don't blame you I would be too. Here is the most current snow projections

March 5,6,7 Snow

You have planned and saved and looked forward to your vacation for months and now Mother Nature is playing games of hide and seek with the snow.
