Long story short: snow is expected for the Sierras & Mammoth on Friday and Saturday, thank goodness! Our snow dancing is working, keep it up!
Don’t forget to catch some awesome Ski and Snowboard competition action during the Sprint US Grand Prix happening this weekend too. Head to the Main Lodge & Unbound’s Main Park and Super Duper Pipe to see sick runs by world class competitors. Also at the Main Deck is ”Vendor Village” where you can get your paws on some sweet swag and possibly rub elbows with some of the pro’s.

( 3 / 6630 )Mammoth Mountain got a healthy dusting of snow last night, and more is expected throughout today and tonight. It gets better – even more is expected to come this Thursday and Friday.
Day temps are mild, but it sure is cold over night, so snow making crews have remained busy; the Mountain is covered from top to bottom. It's ready to ride!

And I have checked the weather and February is supposed to be a good month for snowfall, especially towards the end, with a good chance of sizable precipitation and low temps; March should be great!
